Creating 2D codes

Creating a 2D barcode with a ScanLife account is incredibly easy. Actually, that's why we call them 2D codes.

Here's how it works:

1. Once you open a Business account, you'll choose from a number of actions that can be triggered when a phone scans an 2D code.

   	Calendar Entry		Email
   	Contact Entry		SMS/MMS
   	Web		Phone Call
   	Note Entry		Lotto
   	Menu Option		Multi-Carrier

2. Then you'll enter your unique action information. For a web code you'll simply enter your URL address, which can be as long as you need it to be.

   

3. Then press "Save & Download" Now you have your one-of-a-kind 2D code, ready to be published.

   

Making changes is just as easy:

Once you've created a code it's always under your control. You can go back and change it any time. All you do is press "Save" and the code is updated immediately.

This comes in handy if you've already published a code and need to make a change. You don't need to reprint or reship anything.
